
Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have the ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). They will be responsible for ensuring secondary SKU-wise volume achievement versus targets assigned, rationalizing discounts in the market, and using promotions intelligently to achieve company net sales revenue.
We are looking for an individual who can create new outlets and retain them as per target and area potential. The successful candidate will also ensure that all data in the sales information systems is accurate and conduct regular audits. Additionally, they will analyze SFE KPIs and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve green KPIs for pre-sellers.
The selected candidate will accomplish their daily planned calls, spend ample time-in-market, and coach their pre-sellers on the 10-step call process. They will discuss execution scores by outlets with pre-sellers on a daily basis and highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution is carried out by their team as per PICOS and RED criteria and all marketing initiatives in their area.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
