International Education Manager - USA & Australia

Job Summary:

INTO University Partnerships is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our student recruitment efforts across the USA and Australia from our South Asia hub in Lahore. The successful candidate will develop and execute effective strategies to expand our agent networks, strengthen relationships with universities, and support students through their journey to studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for the USA and Australia markets in Pakistan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global teams, as well as local agents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of growth objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in student recruitment, international education, or education marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the US and Australian university systems and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
