Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.
    • Configuration: Configuring the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
      • Consulting: Providing guidance and expertise to clients on best practices for using Oracle Fusion HCM.
        • Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to the system, ensuring smooth operations.
          • Training: Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on how to effectively utilize the system.
            • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the system configuration and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 Year of Oracle HCM Modules Implementation Experience
  • Must have 2 Life Cycle experience of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Implementation
