Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant located in Islamabad. The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their HR and HCM requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, managing employee benefits, and ensuring effective deployment. The consultant will work closely with the clients to deliver tailored solutions, provide technical support, and ensure effective usage of Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Configuration: Configuring the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
- Consulting: Providing guidance and expertise to clients on best practices for using Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to the system, ensuring smooth operations.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on how to effectively utilize the system.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the system configuration and processes.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on how to effectively utilize the system.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to the system, ensuring smooth operations.
- Consulting: Providing guidance and expertise to clients on best practices for using Oracle Fusion HCM.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 Year of Oracle HCM Modules Implementation Experience
- Must have 2 Life Cycle experience of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Implementation
