Role Description

This is a contract role for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, located on-site in Islamabad. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Daily tasks include providing consulting services to clients, managing human resources (HR) processes, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their HCM needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.
    • Configuration: Configuring the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
      • Consulting: Providing guidance and expertise to clients on best practices for using Oracle Fusion HCM.
        • Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to the system, ensuring smooth operations.
          • Training: Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on how to effectively utilize the system.
            • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the system configuration and processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 Year of Oracle HCM Modules Experience
  • Must have 2 Life Cycle experience of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Implementation
