We are seeking a seasoned consultant to support the implementation and sustainability of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) in Balochistan. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and ensure effective deployment of the system.

The consultancy aims to enhance the functionality, performance, and usability of EMIS, including its sub-systems, such as RTSM, school census modules, formative assessments, and student dropout prevention tools. Key responsibilities include rigorous system testing, validation, training, coordination, data analysis, and development of integrated reporting dashboards.

The consultant will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing, validating system functionality, and ensuring alignment with user requirements and terms of reference. In addition, the consultant will plan and conduct regular monthly meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and align activities for effective system deployment. They will also provide ongoing technical support to maintain system stability and usability.
