As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Card management team to achieve set goals and strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring service stability and continuity by protecting production Card applications.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support the Card management team to achieve set goals and strategy.
  • Be the production support and technical lead.
  • Be the technical & functional lead/SME for Card domain areas.
  • Support and protect production Card applications to ensure service stability & continuity.
  • Be a mentor to junior staff.
  • Work with Global product managers to maintain the supply/demand planning to ensure execution feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Global credit card domain SME to understand & feedback on established development best practice & design/development principles.
  • Work with Credit cards solution architects/SME to review end-to-end technical design to ensure design quality.
  • Lead engineers/developers to work on project delivery including development & deployment with good quality & on schedule.
  • Review/ensure the technical design/code structure is technically coherent and future proof and compliant with technology standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Identify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures and timely escalate major project risks & issues to senior management.
  • Provide professional consultancy/support immediately for application teams' queries/requests including resource estimation.
  • Provide support to help on whole card team productivity improvement including DevOps/Agile strengthening and automation improvement within pipelines.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work under pressure. You should also have experience in Card domain areas and be familiar with technology standards and regulatory obligations.
