Position OverviewThis role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finances, accounting systems, and reporting accurate financial results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily financial activities, contracting external services as needed, and spearheading complete finance and accounting functions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial operations within the organization.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions.
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and legislation.
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a finance role with an IT company or software house.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Leadership skills and experience along with employee management.
