Enterprise Systems Support Specialist

You will be responsible for administering and managing our Salesforce and Enterprise Systems applications. You will have the opportunity to work on integrations as we expand our application suite.
Main Responsibilities- Provide prompt support for Salesforce and integrated platforms; troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues reported on the Service Desk in a timely manner.
- Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations and enhancements.
- Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards and permissions.
- Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement changes or escalate to the change advisory board when necessary.
- Manage workload and projects, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in technical support, application support or Service Desk role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, focusing on assisting end-users with day-to-day tasks and issues.
- Salesforce Associate Certification required.
- Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
