Associate Business Developer

We seek a results-driven professional to contribute to our growth by establishing partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions to enhance brand visibility and attract students.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to explore collaboration possibilities, fostering long-term relationships that drive student enrollment.
  • Promote our platform and services at educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events.
  • Present updates and strategies to executive management and other stakeholders, sharing insightful information.
  • Utilize our portal to monitor student applications, guaranteeing accurate completion and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage agent relationships, maintain partner communication, and optimize operational systems, processes, and policies.
  • Provide training to agents and partners on effectively utilizing our portal, ensuring they comprehend processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Support agent/account development, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and strengthening business relationships with partners.
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes, aiming to streamline efforts for enhanced efficiency.
  • Offer continuous support concerning application processes, admissions requirements, and timelines, ensuring partners remain informed and engaged.
  • Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities, student applications, and success rates, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Represent us through workshops, presentations, and conferences, engaging with audiences and on camera.
  • Handle incoming agent inquiries and serve as the primary contact for priority accounts, keeping line management updated.
  • Support leadership in executing and implementing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
