About Human Resources Specialists: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in managing and executing HR functions.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR practices in various environments and be adept at fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations for a smooth onboarding experience.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  3. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth.
  5. Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
  6. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality standards. Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
