Procurement Professional Sought

We are looking for a seasoned procurement expert to fill this critical role.

  • IDentify and manage reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Process purchase orders, oversee invoice reconciliation, payment processing, and record-keeping to ensure compliance with procurement standards.
  • Cordinate with inventory management and relevant departments to maintain stock levels and resolve quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil or construction-related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel or relocate within the region as per operational needs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with MOQ/EOQ principles and internal controls.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
