Seeking an experienced tax professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in U.S. tax regulations and hold a CPA designation or have extensive experience handling U.S. tax compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file individual and business federal and state tax returns in accordance with U.S. tax laws.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance for clients across various industries.
  • Perform regular financial reviews, reconciliations, and analysis to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and organize financial records in line with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax-related issues, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax laws and advise clients or internal teams accordingly.
  • Assist in audits, respond to tax notices, and manage correspondence with the IRS or state agencies when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent U.S. tax qualification.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in U.S. tax preparation and accounting.
  • Strong understanding of IRS regulations, state tax requirements, and international tax issues (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.
