We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Academic Operations to join Leading Edge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the overall operation of the school.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role

The Head of Academic Operations will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, student services, and extracurricular activities. This role requires a strong ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, manage the school's resources effectively, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote academic excellence and student success.
  2. Manage and supervise all aspects of the school's operation, including academic programs, student services, and extracurricular activities.
  3. Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and students to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
  4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff by developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  5. Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the school's mission and goals.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Education or related field
  • Principal certification or licensure
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations
