Sales Cluster Manager

Job Profile
The Sales Cluster Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of sales professionals and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve our competitive position.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and finance.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues within the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assess and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide input into the development of sales strategies and tactics.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
