IT Operations Management Role

This is a leadership position overseeing the overall direction, design, vision and management of IT operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies.
  • Providing technical guidance to the IT team.
  • Mentoring junior staff members.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the IT team in achieving organizational goals.

Required qualifications include a Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences, with experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support. Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and follow through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks is essential. Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure and VOIP are also required.

A strong working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center related IT infrastructure is necessary. Ability to work flexible timings especially at night is preferred.
