Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced paid advertising expert to manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads for the UK and DE markets.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a digital marketing specialist focusing on paid advertising. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Paid Advertising Strategies: Maximize conversions through strategic paid advertising campaigns in the UK and DE markets by conducting keyword research, ad copy optimization, bid management, and landing page optimization for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct experiments on Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration with SEO Team: Ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies by working closely with our SEO team to align efforts and drive overall business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor CPC, conversion rates, and KPIs to ensure maximum ROI and make adjustments as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to advertising regulations in the UK and Germany to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Shopping.
  • Cultural Understanding: Strong understanding of UK and DE consumer behavior, including cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Scaling Campaigns: Proven track record in scaling campaigns profitably and optimizing ROAS.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • CRO Strategies: Knowledge of CRO strategies, retargeting, and landing page optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
