This is a leadership position that demands strategic vision, technical expertise, and effective people management skills. The successful candidate will define our product's technology direction, drive business outcomes through engineering teams, and develop long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define the product's technology strategy to enhance fleet and driver safety features.
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Drive execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities for internal and external customers at high quality standards.
  • Develop best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Hire, develop, and manage a diverse team of engineers to achieve business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering or related domains.
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering management.
  • Technical expertise in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, and QA.
  • Able to perform architectural work, including technical designs and requirements definition.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, managing, motivating, and promoting skilled engineers.
  • High comfort level with rapid release cycles and ownership of the full software lifecycle.
  • Passion for continuous experimentation and learning.
