Job Title: Administrative Officer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Assistant Director to manage our administrative functions in the Sargodha Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science, and at least 16 years of HEC-verified education experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, and attested degrees from HEC are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in managing office operations.
  • Oversee staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Strong educational background, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • At least 16 years of HEC-verified education experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Attended degrees from HEC are mandatory.
