Online Bidding Expert

This role requires a professional with extensive experience in online bidding and lead generation on various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Key responsibilities include generating business for Web Designing, Web Development, Mobile Apps Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
  • Identify, research, and evaluate new online business opportunities to establish contacts with clients and understand their needs.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that cater to client objectives, concerns, and needs.
  • Manage and coordinate information within the team to arrive at accurate bids.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and increase business through effective relationships.
  • Follow up with clients regularly and respond to client inquiries and queries.
  • Communicate with existing and new clients through Emails, Skype, and Phone etc.
  • Identify and evaluate the right online projects.
  • Gather insight for the technical team, negotiate, and conclude deals.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research online and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up online meetings between client decision-makers and company's practice leaders/principals.
  • Participate in pricing solutions/services.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Enter and manage data accurately within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast online sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to fulfill prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Meet revenue targets: monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Requirements:

  • Must have extensive online bidding and lead generation experience on multiple platforms.
  • Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be an expert in writing proposals for bidding projects.
  • Must have knowledge of online sales process including lead generation and lead conversion.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Must have the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
