We are a fast-growing accounting, bookkeeping, and back-office services provider catering to startups and mid-sized businesses in the USA. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting US-based startups and mid-sized companies
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email sequences, and marketing automation
  • Write and manage outreach content (emails, newsletters, LinkedIn messages)
  • Maintain CRM and track lead conversions
  • Collaborate with management on client onboarding and communication
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and new opportunities
  • Take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and client acquisition efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital outreach, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Must be comfortable with US time zone (Evening Shift 5 PM – 1 AM Pakistan time)
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
  • Performance-Based Commission on every client onboarded
  • Opportunity to grow into a Senior Marketing or Business Development Role
