Marketing Role

We are seeking a marketing professional with experience in lead generation and digital outreach to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing, CRM software, and marketing automation tools. They will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns to target US-based startups and mid-sized companies.

The selected candidate will also be expected to generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email sequences. They must have excellent written English communication skills and be able to work independently to meet goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting US-based startups and mid-sized companies
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email sequences
  • Write and manage outreach content (emails, newsletters, LinkedIn messages)
  • Maintain CRM and track lead conversions
  • Collaborate with management on client onboarding and communication
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital outreach, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Comfortable working with US time zone
