Job Title: Hospital Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a dynamic leadership position that oversees the administrative aspects of hospital operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage pressure and challenging situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Policy Compliance:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring institutional policies and procedures are followed and implemented throughout the hospital.

  1. Report Preparation and Submission:

They will prepare and submit daily reports on critical unit bed availability, mortalities, patient inflow, and outflow, providing valuable insights into hospital operations.

  1. Conflict Resolution and Communication:

The candidate will address and resolve administrative issues concerning patients and attendants in consultation with healthcare professionals and administrative departments.

  1. Emergency Situation Management:

They will maintain close collaboration with the Head of Department Security to handle emergency situations or conflicts, ensuring the hospital operates smoothly under all circumstances.

  1. Daily Reporting:

The candidate will report significant matters to the Director of Administration daily, fostering open communication and transparency within the hospital.



Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
