Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Creative Coordinator. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between teams, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all creative requests.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will excel at communication, project tracking on Google Spreadsheets, and multitasking to deliver timely results. Key responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and managing all incoming creative requests from stakeholders, accurately transferring them to the Graphic Team with clear instructions and deadlines, coordinating follow-ups to ensure progress aligns with project timelines, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and communicating revisions clearly to the Graphic Team.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities also include maintaining detailed tracking of all creative requests using Google Spreadsheet, including status updates, deadlines, and delivery. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between teams, fostering smooth collaboration and communication. They will prioritize requests, manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address any delays in the creative process. Additionally, they will assist with documentation and reporting related to creative workflow efficiency.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a coordinator or project management role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments, comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace), and basic understanding of graphic design workflows and terminology are essential. Problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines are also required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent command of the English language is required.

Mandatory Requirements
This position requires an office-based setup in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable. Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role, and job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (PST).
