We are seeking a proactive Business Growth Expert to help us expand our international client base.

About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.
  • Propose tailored software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Closing deals through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company.
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks and Agile methodology.
