Financial Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide financial support services in our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily bank payments and receipts vouchers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify account balances.
  • Reconcile income tax on a monthly basis, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct quarterly advance income tax reconciliation to ensure accurate taxation.
  • Handle all matters related to suppliers and customers, ensuring timely reconciliations of General Ledgers.
  • Assist senior staff during external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in assisting with audits is beneficial.
