Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an organized and meticulous accounting assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely reports.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Audit financial data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring reconciliation of discrepancies in financial records.
  • Assist in processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payments to vendors in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage accounts receivable by tracking customer payments, sending invoices, and following up on outstanding balances to minimize delays.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and timely identification of discrepancies.
  • Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Assist in tax-related tasks, such as gathering data for tax returns and preparing supporting schedules to facilitate timely submissions.
