Job Opportunity: Examination Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examination Strategy and Administration: Develop, coordinate, and administer comprehensive examination strategies that align with the institution's academic objectives.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to rigorous standards of quality, fairness, and regulatory compliance throughout the examination process.
  • Technology Integration: Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge examination management systems, encompassing exam scheduling software, student registration systems, and online assessment platforms.
  • Question Paper Development and Review: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of examination questions to guarantee relevance, fairness, and effectiveness.
  • Exam Security and Integrity: Directly supervise exam invigilation, seating arrangements, and security protocols to prevent cheating and ensure the integrity of the examination process.
  • Result Processing and Accuracy: Expedite the accurate processing of examination results, ensuring precise grades, GPA, and class rankings.
  • Record Keeping and Data Protection: Maintain secure, up-to-date records of examination results, student transcripts, and relevant documents in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Student Support: Offer guidance and support to students on examination procedures, academic regulations, and related matters.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • High-ranking retired military personnel are welcome to apply.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in examination management or academic administration, preferably in higher education.
  • Thorough understanding of examination policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
