Senior Product Leadership Role

We are looking for a key player in leading agile software development projects using the Scrum framework.

• Project Management:
• This involves planning and managing project scope, budget, and timeline while staying aligned with agile principles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both project management and product ownership, being able to switch hats effectively between leading the team and representing the product vision.

A deep understanding of business domain and user needs is crucial, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.

The role requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, analyzing system/product requirements and understanding software logic.

Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes is essential.

Data Analysis skills or familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar are also valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Mentor the team on agile and scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
• Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement agile and scrum processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with structure.
• Create and maintain continuous comprehensive project documentation including but not limited to user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes during all stages of product development (PRDs, technical specs, etc.).
• Generate and present reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and key metrics.
• Dive deep into project details and collaborate closely with the development team to understand technical challenges, identify solutions, and collaborate to make informed decisions.
• Product Ownership:
• Focusing on long-term product planning.
• Clearly communicating the product vision and business needs to the team.
• Acting as the voice of the customer and representing stakeholder interests.
• Creating and refining user stories, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Working closely with the UI/UX design team using tools like Figma, and with the development team to estimate tasks and features.
• Conducting product demonstrations and gathering feedback to improve the product. Focus on usability testing and market research, and collecting insights from customer-facing teams (support, sales) to refine product decisions.
• Making and communicating product scope-related decisions based on user needs and project feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in product roadmapping and aligning it with overall business goals and strategies.
• Experience in B2G and B2B businesses and clients.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Project management experience and skills, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of business domain and user needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
• Aptitude for analyzing system/product requirements and understanding software logic.
• Data Analysis skills or familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• Experience with feature prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
