Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Exceptional phone handling and active listening skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices is highly desirable.
  • You must be able to adapt to different personalities and characters while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • An intermediate level degree or equivalent qualification is required.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations is essential.
  • Adherence to our sales pitch and values is expected.
  • Multitasking and time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu are mandatory.
