Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our audience across all platforms.

About the Role:

  • You will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendar and posting schedule
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on social media ROI
  2. Respond to followers' comments and messages promptly
  3. Build and manage partnerships with influencers and other brand collaborators
  4. Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all social media platforms
  5. Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and timely

Requirements:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in social media marketing
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting software

Working Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM / Night Shift
