
Territory Business Developer

Job Description:
This role involves leading the sales strategy for assigned territories or products in the food services division. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new markets and accounts by utilizing current relationships and building new relationships in the food service channel.
- Develop a front-line relationship with assigned customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Identify market potential in order to establish new accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Provide superior customer service to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Maintain and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and cost.

Background Requirements:
- Educational background: Graduate degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience: 3-6 years preferred.
