This full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager is located in Punjab, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets to drive growth for the company.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, as well as proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. They should also be able to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet sales targets
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
