SQA Automation Leader Wanted

This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives. As a Lead SQA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of automated test frameworks and scripts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test coverage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies. Additionally, they should have strong proficiency with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, or similar) for automation.

The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to work on behavior-driven development initiatives, review feature files in Gherkin, and oversee automation execution.
