Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to policies.

This role involves supervising administrative staff, dividing responsibilities, and monitoring performance to guarantee optimal outcomes.

Additionally, the coordinator will manage upper management's agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments, as well as handle phone calls and correspondence such as letters and packages.

The representative will also support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, create and update records and databases with personnel and financial data, and track office supplies stock levels.

Furthermore, submitting timely reports and preparing presentations or proposals as assigned are key responsibilities of this position.

Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies are advantageous
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
