Business Development Representative

At Programmers Force, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts. As a key member of our sales and marketing teams, you will work closely with us to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities- Conduct targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to identify and generate leads.
- Qualify leads based on specified criteria to ensure they align with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
- Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain a high level of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
