Business Development and Online Bidding Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Online Bidding expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms.

  • Generate business opportunities through online bidding on various platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
  • Develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Identify, research, and evaluate new online business opportunities and establish contacts with clients to understand their requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company. If you have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, and are proficient in writing proposals for bidding projects, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Online Bidding: Identify and bid on relevant projects on online platforms.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  3. Proposal Writing: Write high-quality proposals that meet the client's needs and showcase our company's expertise.
  4. Client Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in online bidding and lead generation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing proposals for bidding projects.
  • Knowledge of online sales processes, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
