We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hiring process, including preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, and facilitating interviewing and selecting processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, able to conduct thorough job analysis of positions requested on our human resources management system. You will create detailed job descriptions and specifications, along with key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement of policies, procedures, and working environment.

You will work closely with our creative department to design and coordinate job ads, ensure they meet our needs and requirements. Placement of job ads on various platforms, including social media, Rozee, and other job portals, is also part of your responsibilities.

Maintaining a comprehensive database of CVs, both in soft and hard copy formats, is essential. You will review CVs, perform initial screenings, and schedule interviews for suitable candidates.

Conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and arranging panel interviews according to our HR policy require strong organizational skills. Generating interview schedules and sending them to all stakeholders is also part of your duties.

Background checks, performance reference checks, and assurance checks related to new hires are critical components of your role. Supporting the HR Manager in implementing our HR manual and suggesting improvements to policies and procedures is also important.

A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in human resources management is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in core HR fields. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
