  4. Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the IT industry & Fintech, showcasing company values, culture, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of prospective candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms to secure top talent.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, typically 2-3 years, is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in IT recruitment and a proven track record of successfully onboarding top candidates within the optimal time frame.
