Quality Assurance Specialist

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the daily examination of quality control systems, maintain quality assurance processes, analyze results, and provide feedback and guidance to production personnel.

The ideal candidate will ensure that materials, products, and processes adhere to specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance of quality assurance systems, instructing staff in quality control procedures, producing reports on nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of GMP / CGMP requirements and be able to foster a positive work environment.

A young, energetic team leader with minimum 12 years' experience in a Quality Control Department and at least 4 years' experience as Manager Quality Control is required.

We require someone who can drive continuous improvement, streamline quality control processes, and enhance overall quality management.
