Job Title: Social Media Specialist For An Online Cosmetics Store

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our online presence and create engaging content for our cosmetics brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Create high-quality content that showcases our products in an attractive and concise manner.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers to ensure visually appealing product shoots.
  • Manage orders and assist in arranging cosmetics products, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Think creatively and work independently to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetics products and their usage, as well as current market trends.
  • Previous social media experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and practices.
