We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing compliance programs, providing guidance and support to employees, and ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • About the Role
    • The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs across various regions and countries.
    • This includes creating and updating policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to employees on compliance-related matters.
    • The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including training sessions and risk assessments
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to existing compliance programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a compliance or related role
  • Strong knowledge of financial terms, principles, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with global companies and international regulations is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in compliance, internal audit, anti-corruption/anti-fraud, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
