Job Description:

An organizational leader is required to oversee and manage the Human Resource department. This role involves ensuring company procedures align with employment regulations, analyzing existing policies, and making necessary changes.

The HR Manager will assess areas where policies are needed and create new ones as required. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and training the HR team, monitoring employee performance, and providing support to managers and staff in dealing with grievances or conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Leadership: Strong leadership skills are essential to guide an HR team and motivate staff.
  2. Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
  3. Knowledge of Employment Law: A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law.
  4. Problem Solving: The ability to remain calm in stressful situations and make sound judgments.
  5. Technical Skills: Knowledge of relevant computer systems and software programs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) will be a plus.
