- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of telephone key systems, including PBX, VoIP Local, and Hosted.
- Familiarity with data delivery methods such as ETS, Metro WAN, point-to-point, and Hybrid (SONET and Ethernet).
- Ability to install various equipment types as per SOW (Statement of Work).
