Network and System Professional

We are seeking a skilled Network and System Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our global support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, test, administer, and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Work with major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others.
  • Monitor and track all services and monitoring tools e.g., Zabbix, Netbox, and others.
  • Create and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP phones and related services.
  • Manage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances systems.
  • Work with virtualization technologies i.e., VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
  • Set up and administer Active Directories and server roles.
  • Set up and maintain Google Workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQL.
  • Keep client software and servers up to date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related studies (CS, Telecom, Electrical, etc.)
  • Fresh to 1 year of similar experience
  • CCNA and MCSE preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
