Job Opportunity

Seeking a Night Shift Bookkeeper to manage multiple U.S.-based client accounts on QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of full-time experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm, with strong command of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).

The responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, performing A/P, A/R, bank/credit card reconciliations, preparing monthly reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, executing catch-up & clean-up bookkeeping, and handling multiple client accounts efficiently.

A bonus for candidates familiar with Xero, Zoho Books, Excel/Sheets, Stripe, Gusto.

  • 1–2 years of full-time experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm (not general accounts)
  • Strong command of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
