Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies, Google Ads, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  3. Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
  4. Write compelling ad copy and design ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
  5. Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
  6. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  7. Collaborate with the SEO team to align PPC and organic strategies.
  8. Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interests.
  9. Analyze competitor strategies and implement tactics to outperform them in the digital landscape.
  10. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide updates on campaign progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC campaign management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
  4. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management.
  5. Experience with keyword research tools.
  6. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies.
