Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify business opportunities and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Work directly with clients to guide them through change management during solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner with the Post-Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical acumen to understand complex concepts and present them clearly.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills, particularly during technology implementation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills, with CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making abilities.
