Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and utilities through proactive maintenance planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  2. Lead a team in executing corrective maintenance tasks for production machines and utility units.
  3. Conduct thorough factory acceptance tests for new equipment, including installation, commissioning, and performance verification.
  4. Supervise and allocate workloads to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  5. Provide training and guidance to staff on complex maintenance activities, adhering to standard operating procedures and responding to emergencies as needed.
  6. Direct staff to prioritize safety, health, and environmental compliance in all plant activities.
  7. Manage the Mechanical section, encompassing installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
  8. Maintain accurate inventory records of essential parts and equipment.
  9. Develop, interpret, and enforce policies, procedures, and documentation to support operational excellence.
  10. Ensure the accuracy and currency of related records, files, maps, and documents.
