Production Manager Role

This role involves overseeing production operations and ensuring they are running efficiently.

  1. Preparation of material demand is based on sales department ISOs.
  2. Material demand generation.
  3. Developing daily and weekly production plans in line with available materials, orders, and obtaining approval from the relevant authorities.
  4. Monitoring production adherence to the plan.
  5. Daily production reports creation.
  6. Preparation of daily waste reports.
  7. Identification of major causes of waste and implementation of strategies to reduce it.
  8. Establishment of weekly maintenance schedules for machinery.
  9. Collaboration with dispatchers to ensure timely dispatch as per promised dates.
  10. Maintenance of a clean and organized production area.
  11. Ensuring a quiet and calm environment in the production area.
  12. Compilation of monthly reports on ISOs, production, and wastage.
  13. Preparation of overtime sheets accordingly.
  14. Development of strong relationships with suppliers to procure materials on time.
  15. Enforcement of discipline throughout the production area.
  16. Operation of transparently and honestly in all actions, avoiding any concealment from higher management.
Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of a peaceful and orderly work environment in the production area.

Submission of reports related to ISOs, production, waste, and other key performance indicators.
